No, we do not offer self-guided tours. Because 1600 is unlike a typical apartment building, every tour is tailored by our team to help you compare layouts, views, and neighborhood fit. For that reason, we provide guided tours with a member of our leasing team.

We recommend setting aside 30–45 minutes for your tour of 1600 VINE.
During your visit, you will receive a guided tour of our studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences, as well as our amenity spaces, including our sparkling pool, 24/7 fitness center, outdoor fitness area, business center, photography studio, Sky Deck Terrace, Creator’s Lab, and more.
Valet parking is available at The W Hotel off Argyle Avenue, or you may self-park in the retail parking garage located off Selma Avenue.

Lease Terms & Fees

Yes, we offer lease terms ranging from 6 to 12 months.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made by accessing your resident portal through the Sentral Life app using bank draft, credit card, or debit card. Checks and money orders are also accepted.

Yes, rent can be paid with a credit card through the Sentral Life App. Please note that a processing fee may apply.

Monthly rent includes base rent only.

Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are billed separately through Conservice for water, sewer, trash, and gas. Electricity is set up directly and paid through LADWP, and internet/cable services are set up and paid directly through AT&T or Spectrum.

Yes, in addition to base rent, residents may incur the following monthly charges (if applicable):
